India’s first semi-high-speed train, the Vande Bharat Express to connect soon with Jaipur-Delhi & other major cities of Rajasthan. Currently, two Vande Bharat express trains are running in India.

Jaipur-Delhi route will take around 2 hours. According to the sources, in the coming days Vande Bharat trains are planned to be operated on 10 different routes of Rajasthan.

In which Jaipur-Delhi, Jaipur-Jodhpur, Jaipur-Kota routes are included. There are 7 more routes which will be decided soon. Thereafter the travel time will be reduced accordingly. The maximum speed of Vande Bharat will be 180 kmph and minimum speed will be 130 kmph.
Along with this, the working of improving the track infrastructure for these trains has also been started.

The Indian Railways has set a target to roll out 75 Vande Bharat Express Trains by August 2023.
